At Canteop Dispatch, we do not directly transport or ship goods. Instead, we act as a dispatching service provider, connecting carriers, owner-operators, and brokers to ensure smooth and efficient load movement across the United States.

Canteop Dispatch provides truck dispatching and load management services.
We:

  • Match drivers and carriers with available freight.

  • Schedule and coordinate pick-ups and deliveries.

  • Negotiate rates and manage load documentation.

  • Maintain communication between brokers, shippers, and drivers.

All transportation and shipping services are performed by independent carriers under their own USDOT and MC authority.
Canteop Dispatch does not own or operate trucks, nor are we responsible for physical freight handling.

Delivery timelines depend on:

  • The carrier’s schedule and capacity.

  • Weather, route conditions, and federal transportation regulations.

  • The type of freight and distance between pickup and delivery points.

Our dispatchers work closely with drivers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries and will keep all parties updated throughout the trip.

Rates are negotiated between the driver/carrier and the broker/shipper.
Canteop Dispatch service fees cover:

  • Dispatch management and coordination

  • Communication and documentation handling

  • 24/7 driver and broker support

All fees are communicated transparently before dispatch confirmation.

If a load is canceled or delayed due to weather, broker changes, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will:

  • Notify the driver or carrier immediately

  • Attempt to secure a replacement load as quickly as possible

  • Provide necessary updates to all involved parties

Canteop Dispatch is not liable for third-party cancellations, accidents, or delivery failures beyond our control.
